4-10-2019 to 6-10-2019 : Dingle Food Festival : Dingle, Co. Kerry
Highlights of the festival include cookery demonstrations, food trail, over 50 market stalls, workshops, street entertainment, childrens events, wine tastings, and much much more. The most popular part of the festival is ‘The Taste Trail‘. Festival goers purchase a book of taste trail tickets and can then visit over 70 venues around the town offering tastings of the best food and drink the Peninsula has to offer.

11-10-2019 to 13-10-2019 : Connemara Green Festival : Letterfrack village, Connemara, at the foot of Diamond Hill and the Connemara National Park and along the Wild Atlantic Way
The aim of the festival is to raise awareness of the unique ecology of Connemara and raise funds for biodiversity projects and conservation of our local environment. This year’s theme is ‘‘Craft, culture and wilderness’. 15-10-2019 to 17-10-2019 : ICE CREAM MAKING MASTER CLASS : Fantastic Flavours, Youghal, Co. Cork. 9.30AM – 5.00PM Each day
This practical, hands-on course will take place on-site in Youghal, Co.Cork at Fantastic Flavours Ice Cream Parlour. With four classroom modules taught over two days and a full day of practical work, this course is ideal for anyone who is looking to develop their own in-house, handmade ice cream making operation. The course would also be of particular benefit for dairy farmers and those who want to gain knowledge in the processing of milk into ice cream or frozen yoghurt.
